Mid-State Literacy Council is a non-profit dedicated to bringing literacy in all forms to adults in Centre and Clearfield counties.

As we celebrate Mid-State Literacy Council’s 50th anniversary, featured authors such as Lindsay Bonilla and Rebecca Hirsch will host events at the book fair.
