The flute choir Toot-in-Common will present their 16th annual spring concert on Monday, May 23, at 7:30 pm at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Street in State College. The one-hour program includes works by a variety of classical and contemporary composers. Admission is free; a reception follows.  All are welcome.
