Shinrin-yoku, a meditative Japanese practice commonly referred to as “forest bathing,” encourages participants to be mindful and present as they slow down and intentionally immerse themselves in nature. Shinrin-yoku has been associated with numerous health benefits, including stress relief, lowered blood pressure, and heightened attention span.
