The Bald Eagle Valley Community United Methodist Church will be hosting a 9/11 Memorial Prayer Service on Saturday, September 11 starting at 9:30 a.m. The service will be held outside on the church lawn (weather permitting) and will feature prayers and times for sharing stories about loved ones we lost on that day.

A moment of silence and the sounding of Taps will be offered at each of the following times:

9:37 a.m. – Crash of Flight 77 into the Pentagon
9:59 a.m. – Collapse of the South Tower
10:03 a.m. – Crash of Flight 93
10:28 a.m. – Collapse of the North Tower
You are welcome to join us for the entire service, or just for a part. Let us join our hearts and voices as we honor those we lost and pray that peace may someday become a reality for our world.
